We’re proud to announce that ServeVita Holdings LLC has successfully completed its SOC 2 Type II examination, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to security, availability, and confidentiality in how we serve and partner with our clients.

The audit, conducted by independent auditing firm ConstellationGRC CPA P.C., evaluated the design and operating effectiveness of ServeVita’s internal controls throughout the period of November 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. Unlike a Type I report, which assesses controls at a single point in time, a Type II examination confirms that those controls were tested and operated effectively over an extended period, a higher bar that reflects sustained discipline, not just a snapshot of good intentions.

The independent auditor’s report concluded, without exception, that ServeVita’s systems were designed and operated effectively to meet its service commitments across all three trust services categories. This certification speaks to the strength of ServeVita’s security practices, covering our people, processes, and internal systems that support how we deliver our services safely and reliably.
